I was going to work on a Press Statement for Sperocite, but Spero News editor Bene Diction wrote such a great review at Bene Diction Blogs On, that I thought I'd just post it.

Spero News Launches Sperocite
Spero News has launched a digg style site for religious news and posts called Sperocite - a play on the term citations.
Sperocite is ‘a website that employs non-hierarchical editorial control. It is user driven, anyone can submit stories for review, but rather than allowing an editor to decide which stories go on the homepage, the users do. (digg definition with adjustments:^)
The site is very easy to use, log in is simple, submission easy, and voting and comments are available to help drive good content to the front page.
There are several categories: art, food, movies, technology, books, gadgets, television, politics, diplomacy, human rights, religion.
Sperocite is available for religion writers, bloggers, readers, anyone who sees a religion story or post they would like to share with others.
It is RSS ready, in beta (but working very well because of its simplicity) and open to everyone: religious, none religious, Catholic, Protestant, Jewish - everyone.
Beautifully designed and easy to read, head over and and share a favorite post, article, vote and comment!
