Momentos: a touching short film on deliverance

Directed and produced by Portuguese director Nuno Rocha, 'Momentos' is is a short film in an MTV format, if that channel were moral or relevant.

'Momentos' stars Portuguese artists Rui Pena, Debora Ribeiro and Ana Ferreira, and in just over 7 minutes takes the viewer on an almost magical journey through defeat and longing, and finally to reconciliation.

That is precisely the journey of Lent, as we unburden ourselves of old habits and obsessions to embrace warmth and goodness. Watch and learn.
