Detectives from the sheriff’s department of Orange County, Texas, arrested three illegal aliens suspected of breaking into an attorney’s home and kidnapping him. Now under arrest in Port Arthur are: German Adalid Borjas-Benitez, 19, Henrry Eduar Rivera-Antunez, 17, and Erik Pagoada-Bustillo, 17.
Two of the suspects are alleged to have burglarized the home of attorney Jim Sharon Bearden Jr. on May 8. The suspects wore masks as they tied up the attorney and ravaged his home. They seized firearms, electronics, and other expensive items and took them from the residence. A third suspect stood outside the attorney’s home and served as a lookout.
The trio of suspects allegedly drove Bearden to a bank and forced him to withdraw money from his account. Then they let him go along with his vehicle. He was otherwise unharmed.
