The beauty there is in snow

Michiganders can only grin and bear it, during the cold month of February - so far from Christmas cheer and so far from the coming warmth of spring.

Snow blankets the Mitten State, keeping children home from school even while commuters mutter about the slippery roads and overcast skies.

Even so, there is beauty to be found as the white stuff descends from heaven. Photographs of the Ann Arbor campus of the University of Michigan suggest the feminine rounding of urban landscapes. Enjoy.
