I would like to solicit prayers for something many of you may not be aware even goes on.

This coming weekend, there are two special events that occur periodically and are very helpful for those who attend.

The "Courage Sports Camp" and the "Journey Into Manhood" weekend retreat. Both of these events are for men who suffer from same-sex attraction and are struggling to live their lives reconciled to Christ.

Journey into Manhood is especially good for helping men with SSA transition into a heterosexual lifestyle. It really helps to reduce SSA feelings and help men become the men that God intended them to be.

Some are already engaging in prayer and fasting for this event and are asking for prayers from non-attendees for the success of these events.

These are Christian men who have accepted Christ. Many who are Catholic. And in all cases, have accepted that homosexual practice is not part of God's plan for them. They are working very hard to become all that God wants for them, and some are actually doing quite well.

The initiator of this prayer request is transitioning to straight, and has made tremendous progress. He is dating a woman, and has felt that his SSA tendancies have diminished substantially in part due to weekends like these. He is a success story, and he is trying to help others acheive the success he has made through the Grace of God.

Chaste in marriage means to be obedient to God's will and purpose for marriage.
