Posted - 05/26/2012 : 02:06:39 The signs of the true Church. 1 Cor 14: 26 says when you come together,[ Every Church meeting] Everyone of you, Have a Psalm, a doctrine, a tongue, a revelation and an interpretation of tongues. PLEASE NOTE. This is for the whole congregation, not just Minister.
Who in your church has the tongues, Who has the interpretation. Who has a revelation??. Yet The Bible says these should be operating in a Church service.
1Cor 12: 8-10. There are three groups of gifts, [1]The revelation group. The Word of wisdom, [An insight into future events] The Word of knowledge, [Either knowledge of past of present an events] And the discerning of spirits. [Seeing into the spirit world, Either Angels of demons]
These all reveal something
Who has the word of Wisdom, In your Church? Who has the Word of knowledge In your church??, Who has the discerning of spirits??.
[2]The Inspiration gifts. Tongues, Interpretation of tongues and Prophecy.
These all say something.
Who give the tongues, Who interprets them, Who has the prophecies?? Paul said we can all prophecy, 1 Cor 14: 31.
[3]The Power gifts. Special faith, Gifts of healings and the working of miracles.
Who has the gift of faith, Who has the gifts of healings?? Who has the working of miracles??.
These all do something.
Mk 16: 17--18. Even if not everyone has these gifts, There should be someone in your congregation who does these things on a regular basis., Not just the Minister.
Rom 15: 19. Paul preached the full gospel with mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God.
Who does the mighty signs in your church.??.
By being Spirit filled.. You will Speaks in tongues, Acts 2; 4.
Do miracles, Act 4; 31--33..
Give wisdom, Eph 5:: 17--18.
So the TRUE Church has the power and the gifts of the Spirit operating in them.
Does the sound like the catholic church??.
Remember, I have seen catholic church services, And there hasn’t beem a single gift of the Spirit operating in them.

Posted - 07/06/2012 : 06:09:59 As it applies to you...God's grace is like water, It flows and changes the people who allow It to be absorbed.
Your protestant Bible says, "Highly favoured".
Go figure.

You read nothing of what others have posted.
The angel appears to Mary and says, "Hail". "Full of Grace".
Has an angel (sent from the Trinity) ever appeared to you and told you that you have always been full of grace?
No.
P.S. ...and if you attempt to answer "yes" (or some other nonsensical remark) then all the alarms will go off on our BS detectors.
The Bible doesn't say, "Hail". "Full of Grace", It says, "Highly favoured", The riginal Greek says, Made acceptable, So what God actually said was, "I have made you accepptable".
Meaning she wasn'r acceptable before.
I don't need an Angel to tell me that I am full of grace, The Bible already tells me that. |

No, but the fact that God made her specifically for the purpose of conceiving, giving birth, and raising the Son of God does.
She was sanctified in the womb, just as all bearers of God's Word are.
She was ordained from the moment of her conception to be the mother of our Lord.
He made her perfectly.
Given the care and attention given to the original Ark of the Covenent which only carried those things touched by God, how much more perfect would the vessel be that God Himself made to carry the Word made Flesh?
[1] conceiving, giving birth, and raising the Son of God Doesn't make Mary sinless, Stop telling lies, Where do the Bible say she was sinless??.
[2]Where does the Bible say Mary was sanctified in the womb??
[3]You make statements but cannot back them up with scriptures.
What sins did Mary commit? You make statements but cannot back them up with scriptures. Where is this list of Marys sin you have from the bible?
This is Jesus mother you are accusing & attacking. Do you hate the Catholic Church that much that you are willing to go that far?
You are willing to insult Jesus by saying his mother is sinful?
Where does the Bible say Mary was without sin??. One of the sins she did was, Forgot about Jesus. |

Your protestant "original" Greek.
quote: “Full of Grace” translates kecharitomene the perfect passive participle of charitoo.
It denotes one who has been and still is the object of divine benevolence, one who has been favored and continues to be favored by God, one who has been granted supernatural grace and remains in this state.[1]
Verbs ending in oo, such as haimatoo (turn into blood), thaumatoo (fill with wonder), spodoomai (burn to ashes) frequently express the full intensity of the action. Kecharitomene denotes continuance of a completed action.[2] Hence kecharitomene has been suitably translated as “full of grace”, by the Vulgate and the Pesh-itto (The principal Syriac version of the Bible).
This rendering expresses the conviction of the Church that the divine favor was fully bestowed on Mary, in the sense that she was ever immune from the lease stain of sin and that she abounded in graces of the supernatural life and in all the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit which flow from that life.

That doesn't take away the fact that Mary had to be made acceptable. |

I did elsewhere. And are you saying that Mary is less than men?
The Prophets were sanctified in the womb, ordained before birth to be the bearers of God's Word.
In the Old Testament the word for Sanctified is more than only set apart, they were made holy. One cannot be holy in sin.
If the OT Prophet were sanctified in the womb and Holy, Whet did thhave to wait for the Spirit of the Lord to come upon themm??.
Today's Christians are made Holy, We are sanctified and set apart for God. |

[1]If by saying, "I did", You meant you gave scriptures, Then you didn't.
[2]So now you admit Mary was just the same as men.

What Bible are you using?
The angel said to Mary, "I have made you acceptable"?
Our original two parents were created without original sin.
Mary was also created "Full of Grace" and that is what the angel said to Mary when he appeared to her.
Catholics honor Mary because the Trinity chose her above all women - in all time - because Jesus loved her and He gave her to His Apostolic Church.
I'm reading from the original Greek. The angel said to Mary, "I have made you acceptable", Because she wasn't acceptable.
Adam & Eve were created without original sin, But when they fell, The sinnature came upon everyone, Including Mary, Nowhere does the Bible say Mary was sinless, She admited she was a sinner and she needed a saviour, She had to be purified. Nowhere does the Bible say Mary was, "Full of grace", That is another catholic lie.
And she certainly was created full of grace, As the Angel said, "God had to make her acceptable".
The Angel never said Mary was full of grace, That is a catholic lie.
God chose Mary because it was Joseph who was from the right lineage.
Jesus never gave Mary to His Church, She, [Like every Christian] Is the Church.
You catholics always get things wrong, DON'T YOU.
God chose to go through Mary to get to humanity.
That doesn't make Mary sinless |
