We as Christians and people who realize what big trouble America is in, should work as hard as we can to get Romney and Ryan in. Paul Ryan is a genious and true prodigy!!

I agree, and the problem is this generation of Americans have taken their freedom for granted for too long. We are not used to having our liberty threatened, especially our religious freedom. If we give them an inch, this current administration will take a mile. Our grandparents knew it in dealing with the likes of Hitler and Stalin. I'm afraid we'll have to learn the hard way.

Romney is a proven man of excellence in business and his personal life. We are being given a chance to get an amazing pair in the white house who have the ability to give us a shot at a future that can be slowly repaired, four more years of Obama and we will be full blown socialist! Remember, the word socialist was in the name of the soviet union and Nazi Germany!! Free market capitalism is what has made us great and I believe that is God's best economically!!

After watching the acceptance speech tonight, I can truthfully say that I hope Ryan wins the vice presidency. I just wish Mitt wasn't part of the deal.

Any Catholic who four years ago voted for Obama with the belief that he was not pro abortion now knows that he is a confirmed and committed Christian who supports Planned Parenthood, homosexual acts, homosexual marriage.

Catholics who vote for Obama this year would knowingly be supporting corporate evil. A mortal sin.

I am not condemning anyone. And even if 90% of Catholics voted for Obama, that would not make him a good leader for what should be a predominantly Christian country. But there are a lot of Cafeteria Catholics who would rather there not be a church to tell them what to do.

I am a independent voter and there are many people running in different offices that I oppose but the more you know about them the easier the voting becomes.59% Catholics voted him in one time and I wont let you forget it either so don ;t condemn me quite yet the b all is in the air right now;Prayer is the key!

Obama is attacking freedom of religion. His HSS Mandate is so nasty that he has many Protestant groups, observant Jews, and I think even some atheists siding with the Catholic Church against Obama over his shockingly evil efforts.

His blatant attack against the Catholic Church is so strong that the Bishops are standing up and standing firm against Obama and speaking in unison like nothing seen in a very long time.

And this is who you want in? A man that wants babies born from botched abortions to be put down like dogs, who wants Catholic institutions to stop providing low cost services to anyone other than Catholics, who wants the government to control everything?

He seems to be the very spirit of Anti-Christ. If I had to vote in the election down there, I would write-in Spongebob Squarepants before giving a vote to Obama.

Well if you think I would vote for people that believe in ripping off main street you nuts and also by the way you have no feelings for people that are under ten years old getting raped and dieing in child birth you don't care because it is not your ass getting split up to your back.If you guys smart Alec's knew what you ere saying you would ask God for forgiveness I was headed back to the church next week for the baby to be Baptized and raised Catholic but I want her to have feelings for other children and care about those who get raped and pregnant and dike because of their parents fleshly appetites and all the church does is X communicate them! You can have you sick church! God loves children not man! There will be more children in heaven ruling you jerks but you will be on the outside looking in if you even make it cause you showed NO mercy for others. There was always previsions for woman and children but with the republican party they are doomed to die I am talking about kids 10 and under, but why should catholics care about them they want them to suffer so they can rape them more!B3

Yeah.

Newt Gingrich converted to Catholicism? Wow. You learn something new every day.
acumenCry Posted - 08/20/2012 : 10:19:00
Yep, Huckabee declared August 1 Chick-Fil-A Appreciation day.

Haha. Huck and Chuck. I didn't know about that.

I was actually pulling for Newt for a while. I can't remember the title, but I read a book of his that gained my support. Also, he became Catholic around the time I was in the process of "converting". Because I am leary of politicians, I was a little skeptical of his conversion, but I now believe it to be sincere. In a weird way, this made me like him more.

Unfortunately, Huckabee's gimmicks have a way of backfiring in the worst, but often hilarious ways. Chick-Fil-A had customers lined back for half a mile to get their sandwiches, and they could not accommodate all those people. They had to stay open to prevent rioting and if they ran out of food they had to deal with the irate crowds at any rate.
Huck and Chuck was another rather bone-headed move. Huck and Chuck sounds like something you would do if your Chick-Fil-A sandwich accidentally got lodged in your windpipe.
I'm glad to know that his show is still on, though.

Let's remember, we are not electing a "dictator" who will control morality! But, we know which side is more indebted to doing and supporting conservative things...We need to vote for the preservation of the republic!! This current administration is trying to bring in socialism like never before and probably merge us with European socialism! Maybe Biden and Ryan are both Catholic, but which one is serving under the better banner? Some may laugh, but 100 years from now, Ryan my have a legacy right up there with the founding fathers!! We could enjoy 16 years with Ryan right in the center of everything! Kind of like Joseph in Genesis, Pharoah is the King but Joseph called all the shots. For the record, I'm not catholic, but Ryan doesn't have to agree with me on every fine point of doctrine for me to understand that he is an honest and decent man who loves to work very hard and has the brilliance, good heart and energy to bring about a change that is real!! Many people are on the fence right now in this election...do what you can to bring them to their senses in this election..DO IT FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!!
