In 1 Cor. 6:9 it states that sodomites(homosexuals) shall not inherit the kingdom of God or in other words sodomites(homosexuals) unless they repent of their homosexual perversion will be spending eternity in the Lake of Fire(Hell). How much plainer can that be? So why would any Catholic be sticking up for homosexuality?

good point and most of religions, and sects trust someone they think should know the truth and not decieve , but mostly this how people get decieved , and mislead, not through fact and truth but throught trusting someone who is close to them or told they are to be trusted like some pope ,prsisdcent, prophets, or miknisters, and priests , parents and etc.

Yes, those who blatantly follow an unrepentant homosexual lifestyle have cut themselves off from the life of God - as the Church clearly teaches. But so does the heretic. They, in effect, excommunicate themselves by their own actions.

That's what Robert needs to understand - he thinks himself in a firm position to unilaterally judge all homosexuals, when it is only one sin of many that will endanger a soul. - He who has no sin cast the first stone........

Well said, Allen. If, after multiple corrections one refuses to change his beliefs, we are to expel them from the community, according to the Bible.

Robert's beliefs about homosexuals is partly correct. They are called to live lives of chastity, and their orientation is no doubt a difficult burden, but they, like we, are to express their sexuality only in the manner God provided, within marriage between a man and woman where the marital act is open to life.

It also says warn the heretic twice and then have nothing to do with him. How about excommunicating all who dissent with Church teaching until they repent and become normal Catholics?

Christ came to save sinners, not condemn them - they were condemned already.
Robert Mazar Posted - 04/22/2006 : 03:51:17
All homosexual Catholics whether they are Priests or lay individuals should be excommunicated from the Catholic Church unless they renounce their homosexuality and become normal heterosexuals because the Bible makes it clear in 1 Cor. 6:9-10 that no homosexual will gain entrance into Heaven uless they renounce their homosexuality.

That certainly isn't in Scripture.

I know but even infant baptism is also not in the scriptures, so I think we can"t use the bible on this either, so it is still hear say.

Meaning she is an 'elder' in a church? And she thinks that the Virgin Mary was a lesbian and views this as positive?
