Please pray for all the participants in this weekend's "Journey into Manhood" retreat for men rediscovering their masculine identity.
Many of the participants are homosexuals seeking to rid themselves of their homosexuality and re-orient themselves as heterosexuals.
They all need our prayers.

No. And no they are not seeking to become priests. Some of the previous participants are helping to run this event, and are currently seeking to become husbands and fathers in normal Christian families.
Would you prefer that these homosexuals embrace their sin and burn Bibles instead of seeking to obey Christ?

The friend who asked me for prayers for this event had some very good news. Two of his former "flames" (no pun intended), have decided to leave the homosexual lifestyle and are seeking therapy. My friend has done this and is making excellent progress, and has been a good witness for Christ with his life, and is living proof that change is possible.

A further update. My friend just persuaded another person to abandon the homosexual lifestyle, but could use some prayer support. This new fellow is struggling, and is feels lost after realizing and following through with the need to break up with his new lover, but he seems to understand what he needs to do and I believe that he will seek therapy.
