Yes. This is a good opportunity. But, there may be a difference in interpretation and depending on the edition, some chapters may have been cut out.

This could be - but that will make for interesting conversation as to why they are different. My book says it is the Third Edition, put out in 1608. (The second edition was revised, but some chapters got left out.) He also says that many copies were made without his sanction at the time he wrote this.

No. It's not going to make a difference because the editions that are on the market today are going to be very similar, if not exact. But, the ones that are online may be different because they are just printings of editions which have no copyright.

I know this study has long since ceased, but since I've been getting so much out of this book, I thought I'd post an updated link (the one at the top of the thread seems to be disabled):

There's so much there, even after more than a week I've only just finished Chapter 5 of part 1. But the last part of the last sentence in that chapter was so helpful to me today...
