Yes, all of them! On EWTN and our parish purchased the set and we watched them each Wednesday during Lent.

That's why I was wondering - my parish is about to begin hosting an episode a week, and I signed up. Great.

I watched on EWTN.

Why do Protestants not watch EWTN?

Since Protestants are protesting the Catholic Church would it not make sense for them to watch EWTN in order to be informed what Catholics believe from a Catholic source?

I like Fr. Robert Barron's website (the word on fire . org)
Through bigotry prejudices false assumptions & false premises Protestants are protesting a catholic church made up by Protestantism that does not actually exist.

I have not seen that serious, but I love EWTN and also the Podcasts from www.Catholic.com

I would also point out that there are a lot of Protestants who do listen to EWTN and Catholic Answers (on Catholic.com), and many of them eventually become Catholic. And even those who do not, find it enriching.

Most Protestants are not even fully aware of what they are protesting and therefore are not actually protesting. They are in their faith traditions because they were born there, or were "evangelized" into those faiths.

Now if Protestant missionaries would spend more time evangeling non-Christians instead of focusing their efforts on Catholics, Christianity would be much larger than it currently is.

Here's hoping.

That's what happened with me, though I do know a lot who refuse to listen or study with an open mind. I believe it was only by grace that I was able to. It's difficult to admit that there's a chance that your many years of convictions held within a certain denomination could be incorrect or inadequate.

Ohh, but it's so much easier to sheep-steal! Ha. I agree with you 100%.

I love this series. Not only is Fr. Barron both a genius and poet with his explanations, but I am thoroughly enjoying the weekly dinner and discussion at my parish. I am not used to being a part of a Christian community (I never had real Christian friends prior to my conversion), and the people there really make me feel at home - like I grew up attending the church.

The other day, I got a Church of Christ friend to watch a couple of the videos with me, and she was so impressed that she is sharing the series with a couple others, in turn. This makes it easier on me, because I'm the one to whom they all turn with questions pertaining to Catholicism. I am so glad to see a group of former anti-Catholic Christians (by no fault of their own) open their hearts in acceptance to Catholicism over time. It's like God has been using my journey to show others the brilliance and majesty of his light present and at work in the Catholic Church.

I am truly blessed! Deus est bonus!
