Calvin & Arminius wrong as election separate

Both Calvin and Arminius wrong as Election happened separate from foreknowledge and predestination:

28 We know God interacts with everything in the best interests of those who love him, those called to implement his purpose.
29 Because he foreknew them, he also preplanned for them to conform to the image of his son that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
30 As for those he foresaw, he also called them; and those he called, he also justified; and those he justified, he also glorified.
31 What then is our response to these things? If God is on our side, what does it matter who is against us? (Rom 8:28-31 MIT WG MacDonald Idiomatic Translation of the New Testament, 2008)

Election is a fact in verse 28, not the subject. Paul is discussing all things working together for the elect’s good, and we know this is true BECAUSE (Hoti) God foreknew and predestined (proegnw kai prowrisen) the Elect, these two acts are cited as proof FOR the claim.

God did “Foreknow and (KAI) Predestine” those He had already elected, and this proves all things work together for their good.

The context has nothing to do with election per se, that’s why the non elect aren’t mentioned.

Election clearly is separate from foreknowledge and predestination, for neither happened to the angels yet some of their number are elect also:

21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality. (1Ti 5:21 KJV)

But how do you know if you are predestioned for anything?B3

28 We know God interacts with everything in the best interests of those who love him, those called to implement his purpose.

And what about woman ministers? B3

29 Because he foreknew them, he also preplanned for them to conform to the image of his son that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

How can we become like him if we are woman and they don't get a fair break in anything?they are very much abused in most of the world today still B3

30 As for those he foresaw, he also called them; and those he called, he also justified; and those he justified, he also glorified.
OK Did he call Mary Magdelan? I know he must have chose his mother right? B3

It matters if you are a woman and want to be a minister and you are not excepted because of your gender. Most everyone on this planet think we are all created equal and should be treated equal but the Lord is not wanting woman to be treated equal What's up with this?????B3

OMG Is this really in the bible? doing nothing without partiality? Then woman can become ministers of the Word! YEAH! B3

That is not what that means.

Jesus chose men for these roles. He had plenty of options for choosing women, but He did not.

It was not that He cared what people thought - He proved that at the well, and with Mary Magdalene.

There will be all those things, but it is not true that every Christian will fill every role. Each will have different roles, and different gifts. Paul said this very clearly.

Why would you want to be a pastor? I thought I wanted to be one when I was younger, and then God showed me why I was not meant to be a pastor.

I also learned that if God had called anyone to be a Priest in the Catholic Church, no power on earth could prevent that. This tells me that this was not God's Will.

God does not care if we are male or female, slave or free, Gentile or Jew(ish convert), priest or laity, in terms of belonging to Him and His Kingdom. In that respect we are all equal.

It has been my experience that the majority of women who sought to be priests in the Catholic Church did so out of pride and arrogance, seeking to impose their own ideas upon Christ's Church rather than obey God's Will. We have enough of that from men, we don't need women trying to be men.

I do not know anyone's heart, but I hear their words. That is how I know. If a woman says that she wants to be a priest so that she can allow abortion and same-sex marriage then she has NO INTEREST in doing the Lord's Work.

Look at the Anglican Church. The top bishop in the US is a woman and she ordained and promoted actively gay clergy. This is her legacy. And because of what she has done and what others have cooperated with, the Anglican Church is crumbling.

Many a woman has desired to enter the priesthood, but to date, I have only heard about their desires to change the Church, to modernize it and to do away with things that they do not agree with.

I have yet to hear one say that they felt called to serve without any other agenda.

God showed me my own heart when I wanted to be a priest and He was right, I too had an agenda. I thought it was a good one, and one that would be pleasing to God, but He showed me that it was one that only suited me, and not Him or His people.

Jesus was partial to men when He established authority within His Church.

Women in the Catholic Church are ministers of the Word, they can teach the Word in multiple apostolates.

There's more to that story.

The Episcopal Church now blesses homosexual marriages and they started that off by "marrying" one of their noncelibate priestesses to their noncelibate dean of the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, Massacusetts.

And an Episcopal bishop presided over the marriage.

And, that noncelibate homosexual lesbian dean, is the woman who said that, "abortion is a blessing and that Planned Parenthood abortionists are doing God's work."

Radical feminism and radical feminists perpetuate a pseudo-lesbian hatred of men and encourage a wanton egotism that rejects traditional family and a selfishness that seeks only itself.

It is very disturbing. But not surprising.

And in the end, it could be very interesting. A line is being drawn in the sand and all those Christians who truly are seeking Christ are seeing the truth and flocking back to the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church has always stood its ground against these modernizing influences. Truth has always taken precidence over popular opinion.

There will be "Christian" churches that embrace the spirit of the age, and will do and some are already doing things that God forbade a long time ago.

I am still shocked at those Christians who are reimagining the Bible to make it pro-gay. To say it is no longer an issue is one thing, but to say that it was acceptable to God even in the OT? What an imagination.
