We has posters like God4me who publicly declare that they hate what the Catholic Church teaches. Please list some of the Catholic teachings you hate, oppose or simply disagree with.

Here it is, translated from the Greek:

When Jesus therefore saw
His mother, and the disciple
standing by, whom He loved,
He saith unto His mother,
Woman, behold thy son!

Then saith He to the
disciple, Behold thy mother!
And from that hour that
disciple took her unto his own
[home].

Your asinine quote:

quote:
Jesus never gave Mary to John, All He sais was, "Look at her".

Behold they mother, Means "Look at they mother".
Was Mary John's mother????. NO..NO.
For the biblical and Greek poof that Mary had other children, See my post, "Mary had other children".

The question is wrongly anchored on the false premise that every thing must be in the Bible – but the Bible itself nowhere makes such a demand.
So, the question should rather be where does the Bible say that Mary had any other children? If it nowhere says Mary had any other children, then the question is: where did the Baptist teaching come from?

It means exactly what it says. That is only a pity that some “Bible-believing” Christians actually don’t believe what the Bible says. Because they de-value the Church, they can not imagine it being the pillar and ground of truth. So they replace it with their private understanding of the Bible ... i.e. their private understand of the Bible becomes the pillar and ground of truth.

It seems you believe that if you repeat a lie as many times as possible someone may eventually believe it. You have failed to name Mary’s other children; we have demonstrated that those said to be Jesus’ brothers have a different mother (Mary of Clopas). But no, instead of considering the evidence you simply hardened your heart even more, Pharaoh-style.
But we may be missing something ... can you tell us why that is so important for you that Mary should have other children? What point are you trying to make?
The Bible clearly says Virgin Mary did not have other children. And that is exactly how it was understood in the history of the church for over a thousand years. Did the Holy Spirit at a certain stage stop guiding the Church or why is it that no single church leader from 100 AD to 1600 AD understood the Bible the way you understand it.
Something somewhere is not right.

For the Biblical & Original Greek truth, See my post,
"Mary had other children".
I can't make you believe it, As you believe the pope's porkies and the catholic con-men rather than the Bible.

Why is there an absolute historical silence on Jesus Protestant made up brothers?

Making a statement does not prove anything you have to have proof.

There is no historical evidence or biblical evidence.

God4me you said James was Jesus brother from Mary Jesus mother but scripture does not account for a 3rd James just the other James'es from other mothers & fathers. Since scripture does not account for a 3rd James anywhere else you are cought in a lie.

The Catholic Church has been around for 2000 years & made copies of the original texts Jesus has no brothers from his mother Mary.

Saying Jesus had other brothers from his mother Mary brings into question his divine birth which is next to blasphemy. I cant believe Protestants are willing to brings into question Jesus divine birth in order to commit calumny toward the Catholic Church out of hate for the Catholic Church.

For the Biblical & Original Greek truth, See my post,
"Mary had other children".

I have given proof, And you catholics have given is, Pure speculation, lies and twisting the scriptures.

But did you ever think that only the ones Jesus wants live after death?

The Bible does not talk about "the one Jesus wants", it says dead believers are alive.

The very wicked can't rise because they can't be with the good of the kingdom so they stay in the ground till the great day of the Lord!!!

But only their bodies "stay in the ground", not their spirit. "... the dust will return to the earth, and the spirit will return to God who gave it".

catholic spirits don't go to God, They go to hell, As you will find out.

We all know now that God4me is an expert in making claims that make him feel good about himself ... nothing more, nothing less. He has now appointed himself as the supreme judge who determines who goes to hell and who goes to heaven. The irony in all this is that Protestants keep falsely accusing Catholics of teaching that all Protestants would go to hell, but here we see that it is Protestants who actually teach that Catholics would go to hell ... unless they abandon Catholicism as quickly as possible and join any sect in a nearby house.

One more self-inflicted knock-down. If "mother" does not always mean actual mother and "brother" does not always mean actual brother, then you have no leg to stand on.

And for one to believe that Mary had other children, such a one must read God4me's post; the Bible is no longer enough. LOL.
