The Anti-Christ

Every now and then I read some of the things that Baby3 finds about the end times and she has often asked about Catholic views. I thought it might be fun to look at the early Church views and speculate.I used to think that the Evangelicals were a little nuts trying to more...

It is my concern. I am not so sure that Israel would even even exist as a state were it not for the influence of Evangelicals seeking to fulfill prophecy on their terms and understanding.

Certainly, few would have tolerated the situtations that have arisen in and through the modern State of Israel were it not for these misguided notions on end times prophecy.

I am not anti-Israel, it exists now for better or worse, but it enjoys the protection of the US and others for the most part because of Evangelical support no matter what the cost on the grounds that many truly beleive that the Temple must be rebuilt and animal sacrifices re-established for Jesus to return and reign from there.

We live in interesting times.

I am reminded of when Abraham sought to "help" God fulfill God's promise by taking Hagar to produce a son. God didn't need Abraham's help, God can and did work miracles. Even in her old age, God was able to allow Sarah to give birth to Abraham's true son and heir.

Abraham meant well, and many today mean well, but all should learn to TRUST. God does not need our help. He is perfectly capable of fulfilling His Prophecies with or without our cooperation. He accomplishes His Will in spite of our human failings, and sometimes even through them - as Judas Iscariot freely betrayed Christ and yet in doing so fulfilled what was to come.

According to Jewish sources no flawless red heifer has been born in Israel since the fall of Jerusalem in A. D. 70. One Jewish activist said "We have been waiting 2,000 years for a sign from God, and now He has provided us with a red heifer." The calf is thus viewed as a sign of the imminent coming of the Messiah and reestablishment of the Temple with its sacrificial system.

The Red Heifer

Well, we are in for it now. And who is bringing about the rise of the Anti-Christ? A Pentecostal farmer by the name of Clyde Lott. Why is that not a surprise?

Now if they actually succeed in rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem, I might have to take some extra measures at home to prepare for the mess that is to come. I fear that so many will be fooled.

Interesting times, indeed. I have always feared the evangelical influence on the fulfillment of prophecies. I have had dreams about this stuff since I was a kid.

Blood and water has already poured from the side of the true Temple, and he has been restored, gathering the multitudes to him.

Hi God4me,

I hope you still around.

1. You said that "the Catholic Church is the temple of the devil, Not the Temple of God", but do you have evidence or are you basing all this on your personal feelings?

2. You also said that "Jesus said the gates of hell shall not prevail over His Church, Not the catholics", but where is His Church today? And where was it during the first 3 to 6 centuries? Evidence please!

3. By the way where exactly does the Bible say that "in God's true Church there are no priests"? Book, chapter and verse please.

4. How do you know that "the catholic church wasn't formed by the devil until at leadst 300-600 years later" and how do you know it was formed by the devil? Since you were not there, you must have read it somewhere. Please give us the references!

5. Also give us the specific date between 300 and 600 when the Catholic Church was suposedly formed.

6. And please show us you are Christian by toning down and showing Christian love even to those who disagree with you.

Or am I expecting too much from you?

Where is the priest??.

It's about time you started to believe the Bible instead of the pope's porkies, And the catholic con-men.

1. Sorry God4Me, apostles etc do have a "priestly duty". That is what the Bible says.

2. Now, it does not matter the title you give some one, but if he has a priestly duty then he is a priest. If in Christ's Church there are people with priestly duties, then there are priests in Christ's Church.

3. I think it is high time for you to start thinking logically.
