Jn 8:43-44 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires.

The scriptures were in spired by the Holy Spirit, but you like to give that little runt in Rome and those successors to NOBODY all the credit.
Giving the credit to men and not to God shows that you don't know God

Read that Bible, which you profess to love at the exclusion of Apostolic Tradition.
Christ established an office of authority in His Church to be held by one man - just as God the Father did - throughout the Old Testament.
And we know, Christ and God the Father sent at Pentecost, the Holy Spirit to indwell His Church and His Apostles.

All scripture is god breathed. Christ referred to the deuteros. The Jews rejected them because they were too Christian, the church kept them in the canon.. And later on people claiming to only allow the bible to be a final authority removed these books from their canon based on zero biblical support.

I am not asking about your church. My question remains!

Matthew & Luke; Chapters 3:9 and 3:10
quote: "The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire."
What is your point?

Saying we give "all the credit" to Rome is a false statement. And you yourself know that. And just because you say so does not make it so. Now, God used men to write down those inspired scripres; and He also used men to canonize those scriptures so that you, today, can know what books are inspired and what books are not inspired. God did not tell you directly which books are inspired; you know which books ate inspired exactly because of those men you you hate so much. Maybe you do not know that the same Holy Spirit that inspired the author is the same Holy Spirit that guided those men in rome you hate so much.

Giving all the credit to men and not to God would show we do not know God. Fortunately that is not what we do. All we do is point out facts: God used men to give you the Bible that you love so much. that is a historic fact and you prefer to ignore that for a very good reason. Because those men were catholic ... your sect was not founded yet. To avoid the force of history, you come up with all and more subterfuges.

There was not definitive list of canonical, inspired books 400 years before Christ. Asking the authority of something that never hapenned is not entirely sensible. Now you have a canonival list and if you were honest you would acknowledge whoever was guided by the Holy Spirit to give you that canonical list you cal the Bible.
I see Pentecostals and other Protestants praizing God when He uses a pastor to heal an infirm or to convert an atheist, etc, but Pentecostals and other Protestants refuse to do the same in the case where God used the Catholic Church to give Christianity the Bible.
In their hearts (although they do not say so openly) they believe that God made a mistale because according to them, God needed their permission before doing such a thing. They wanted to be the ones telling God what to do and what not to do. The same attitude that led to the expulsion of Lucifer from heaven.
