A video posted at YouTube appears to depict a man trashing a pro-life display at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. The man can be heard on the audio of the video to identify himself as Roderick King and a sophomore at the institution.

A campus pro-life group Pointers for LIfe had put up a display of white crosses apparently representing deaths caused by abortion. This was the second time in as many days that the display was damaged. However, this time it was recorded by video.

The man who identified himself as Roderick King led a group of fellow students who pulled the approximately two-foot tall white crosses from the ground. On the video he is clearly heard to say the pro-life demonstraters had "no right" to mount the display nor to "challenge" the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision of the Supreme Court permitting abortion. According to reports, King is a member of the student government.

A campus security officer can be seen confronting King and, while the other pro-abortion protesters appeared to cease the vandalism, King continued to pull the crosses from the ground. On the video, he can be heard to say ""The freedom of speech does not cover these signs and symbols."

According to LifeSite News, Bob Tomlinson, Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs of the university, apologized to Pointers for Life. Also according to the website, student government senators told the pro-life students they had a right to host their display. However, there were no reports that the university is planning to take action against the pro-abortion protesters.
