So-called Black Panthers, wielding nightsticks, appeared outside a Philadelphia PA polling place and were shooed away by police.

Armed with a camera-cellphone, a reporter for ElectionJournal.com approached a polling place in Philadelphia PA on November 4 where it was evident from the video there were two men dressed in military-style uniforms at the entrance of the polling place at 1221 Fairmount in the City of Brotherly Love. One of them brandished a billy club and declared, in response to questions, that he was providing “security.”

No police were on the scene at the time providing official security, while another man (dressed in business attire) averred that “everything is fine” when asked by the reporter, who indentified himself as being from the University of Pennsylvania.

Later, according to FOX news reports, police were called to the scene to disperse the weapon-wielding “security” person that some reports called a “Black Panther.”
