Neither Italian nor US authorities have officially said whether the seized US Treasury bills worth US$ 134.5 billion are real or fake

Can you give any reference for your statement that the US Treasury issued Kennedy Bonds of 1 billion dollar denomination in the last 10 years? How would they actually look like?
Please be specific and prefer official sources, there is enough bullshit flying around in this case already.
