Let us mourn Robert Schindler, Sr., the father of Terri Schindler Schiavo. Not a politically connected man, Schindler (unlike Ted Kennedy)was on the front lines defending life - even to the end.
What would Mary Jo Kopechne say about the apotheosis of Ted Kennedy? Would she think drowning in a car at Chappaquiddick seem worth it?
