St Blogs Parish is run by the Catholic weblogging community. There is no administrator. The guidelines are decided by the community as they edit and create topics for the community. Those who devote regular time to editing St Blogs Parish by adding links and updating topics is known as a Parish Gnome.
Because St Blogs Parish as it appears on Spero Wiki is new, there are only two proposed guidlines. Weblogs that are added should be:

Regularly updated
