At the Democratic National Convention, supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), expressed outrage over tactics they perceived on the part of party officials. Eden McFadden, a Sanders delegate from California, posted a video that documented that “Reserved” signs were being placed in seats at the convention venue, shutting out Bernie delegates like herself who had waited hours for admission.

McFadden also reported that white noise machines had been placed in sections of the convention hall to drown out Sanders’ supporters. In her video, McFadden points out the white noise machines, the reserved seats, and fellow Sanders’ supporters who expressed anger over being excluded from their seats. She alleged that “scabs” and “actors” are being paid fifty dollars to fill seats that would otherwise be occupied by Sanders’ supporters. Sweeping over the convention hall, McFadden calculated that approximately 25 percent of the seats bore “Reserved” signs. There is also evidence that portions of the convention hall were darkened on purpose so as to take media attention away. White noise machines have also been reportedly placed over the delegation of Sanders’ supporters from New York.

To draw attention to themselves, Sanders’ supporters are wearing day-glo green t-shirts that read “Enough is enough!” in protest of what they allege is mistreatment by fellow Democrats. According to tweets from reporters, Sanders’ supporters told them in advance to keep their eyes on the green t-shirts during Hillary Clinton’s acceptance speech.  In the hall, placards bearing the Clinton name are being defaced to read “LIAR.’

Some Sanders delegates are threatening to leave the convention hall, stand on their chairs, turn their backs, or hold up signs in protest during Clinton’s acceptance speech. Sanders’ delegates are saying “No voice, no unity,” while others admit that the Democratic party is split wide open. Sanders’ delegates from Colorado, where Sanders won 65 percent vote to Hillary’s 35 percent, want people that they are still representing their voice at the convention. Among those donning a green t-shirt is Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio -- a frequent critic of the Democratic party establishment.
In a tweet, Clinton supporter Hilary Rosen criticized a Sanders supporter as “sexist.” Just after Clinton accepted the party nomination, there were chants of "No more war!" that were drowned out by others shouting "Hillary! Hillary!"
